SAMUEL J. RABIN, JR.
Sam Rabin is an experienced criminal defense attorney who has earned a reputation for his aggressive representation and thorough and exhaustive preparation in defending the rights of those charged with Federal and State crimes. He began his career as a prosecutor, retiring from public service as Deputy Chief Assistant State Attorney to State Attorney Janet Reno.
Since 1985, Sam Rabin has devoted 100% of his law practice to defending individuals and businesses who are investigated or charged in Federal Court or State Court with violations of law. The federal investigating agencies may be the FBI, Criminal Division of the IRS, Secret Service, DEA, ATF, or Customs. The state investigating agencies may be any municipal, county or state law enforcement agency. Sam Rabin travels to all Federal Courts in the United States.
Sam Rabin has been involved in numerous high profile cases dur9ing his career. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, before the United States Supreme Court and Federal Courts throughout the United States.
